These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. "Viveve," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Viveve Health, Inc. "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Site.

The short version

Use the site in good faith, don't reproduce our content without permission, and remember that nothing here is medical advice. That covers 99% of it.

§ 02

The service.

Viveve is a health journalism publication. We provide general health information, guides, and editorial content across six health pillars. Access to the Site is currently free of charge.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

§ 03

All content on Viveve is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please read our Medical Disclaimer in full.

We make every effort to ensure our content is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Medical knowledge evolves, and content that was accurate at the time of publication may become outdated.

  • Reproduction prohibited. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
  • AI training prohibited. Our content may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our written consent.

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or collect content from the Site at scale.
  • Transmit any content that is defamatory, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
§ 06

Disclaimers of warranties.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Site.

§ 07

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viveve Health, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or its content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
